Celebrating its one year anniversary, Portland's newest culinary academy recently opens its classy classroom dining room for lunch and dinner every Monday thru Thursday (12:00pm & 7:00pm seatings).

Visitors order options like grilled pancetta-wrapped gulf prawns, house smoked trout and mache salad, pan roasted local Chinook salmon and sweet ricotta and pistachio turnovers from a four-course, seasonal prix fixe menu (just $9 for lunch and $14 for dinner!), while students carefully prepare the dishes behind the open exhibition line, under the watchful eye of experienced chef instructors.
