Bayer is a listed critic on rottentomatoes.com and was a member of the CFCA (Chicago Film Critic's Association) and is now part of Portland's Far From Hollywood Film Society.
Bayer is the proud creator of the "Scorecard" review format, breaking down film reviews in categories such as "Actors," "Best Scene," and "Who's it For?" And look for The Scorecard Review Awards every year, allowing movie fans to have a voice during the awards season.
