Washington, D.C., attracts residents from across the country and around the globe, and the variety of restaurants in the nation’s capital reflects that diversity.

Cafe Du Parc
Overlooking Pershing Park, Café du Parc is an authentic French bistro located in the heart of Washington, D.C., on Pennsylvania Avenue not far from the White House and other national monuments. The restaurant is open from morning to night, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

PS 7’s
The restaurant’s chef and owner Peter Smith mixes imagination and fresh ingredients to create unique dishes found at no other D.C. eatery. It was named best new American Restaurant in 2008 by the Washington City Paper. Reservations are highly recommended, and during warm weather outdoor seating is available on PS 7’s patio.

Zaytinya
Zaytinya specializes in small plates of Eastern Mediterranean dishes called “mezze.” Award-winning chef José Andrés’ menu reflects the rich, regional diversity of classical and contemporary Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisine.

Cork Restaurant & Wine Bar
The restaurant combines good, simple food with wines from around the world. Cork offers at least 50 wines by the glass and stocks 160 different bottles from small producers. The menu is affordable and offers suggested pairings of wine and food.

Deli City
Housed in a faded orange building in an out-of-the-way neighborhood in Northeast D.C., Deli City serves traditional sandwiches like Polish ham, roast beef, corned beef and homemade pastrami as well as soul food classics like smothered pork chops and fried haddock.
